Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

SilverStar - Okanagan
Already registered for the Sun Peaks event!! Running the event with my girlfriend that lives out of town was the highlight, we had fun getting soaked, running the lily pads and encouraging each other (well her to me) over the large A frame rope challenge! Loved all the foam bubbles and best of all....the large slide at the end!! YIKES!! Hopefully next year will be warmer, but looking forward to it AGAIN!!
Wake up Alberta
The bestie and I ran Foam Fest in Red Deer AB, last summer 2014 at 8am. I'm not a morning person but the energy, scenery made the experience memorable enough for me to enjoy the morning. The obstacle courses were challenging enough and good for a laugh! The only thing I would change is the sometimes long lineups at the obstacle course which can kill the runners high if you choose to run!
All and all this is a great social event that we are turning into a yearly tradition! Hoping to recruit more team members for this year's event!
So much fun! I would love to do this with some of my kids next year. A few of the obstacles were out of order when we went. Highly recommend this run for most skill levels.
We had an absolute blast at this year's very first Alberta Foam Fest in Red Deer, Alberta! The whole event was very well organized from the shuttle service, the locker facilities, the food/beverage tent and most of all the course! We will definitely be attending again in 2016!! The Channing Tatums will return!!
Fabulous time with Co-Workers...so much fun!!!! it was a bit cold first thing in the morning on the mountain but we had a blast!!! We dressed up as Minions and made a weekend of it!!!

Great Workout!
I signed up with my daughter and her two daughters not having a clue what I was in for. I had the best time ever! It was exhilarating...best workout ever! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was an extremely hot day. We were warned to take advantage of the drink stations, but they were way too few and far between. I'm hoping there are more stations with the 2016 run. Can't wait!
It was new experience for me & I had a blast with my group of friends. It is such a great way to stay active!

It was a blast. Was a little disappointing that some of the obstacles weren't possible. Definately going to sign up again.
So fun and quite challenging. Obstacles make this race unique and a great workout! Ran with a group of friends and had a blast!
