Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

2018 Moncton awesome yet again
Once again the crew with 5k Foam Fest did a fantastic job with a well run, awesome event. Had an absolute blast and loved every minute of it. Great to see a few new obstacles as well as some returning favourites (looking at you giant waterslides). Fun for the whole family! You have to try it!
Amazing !!
Alright so this was my first ever race and it was amazing!! New to town so i didnt have anyone to run with, which was kind of scary. I ended up running wit a tye dye team with some kids and had a blast ! It was pouring rain the whole day but it made it even better !! The staff was friendly and the event was amazing. Great for all ages. Right after i went to sign up for 2019 and mud hero and the santa shuffle . I am now addicted ! The only thing i would say needs changing, is the tall thing you jump off of, drop zone maybe? I dont remember the name but you pay $5 to do it. Anyways, there was a line and there was still well over a hour before the event was closed for the day. I was the last person they took , but after me there was at least 30 people who wanted to do it and was told “sorry this is closed for the day” and that they were done for the day. That is $150 the company lost out on and probably more because peolle were turned away. Also at this point, it wasnt raining anymore. This should be opened until the evet is complete done . Also i would like foam fest to come to red deer every year... since 2019 is the last year, its now harder for me to go to another one.
What a blast
What a blast!! It was a cool day but, my kids trucked on. My Wife and I did it with our two kids and they absolutely loved it. They were frozen at the end from the wind, even though the sun was out but, overall they couldn't wait to do it again.
I had an absolute riot and all of the obstacles were oh so challenging!! Thank you for bringing this to Vancouver Island! We will be back in 2019!!!!!

We submitted a team in the race. Was really impressed by how well organized the event was. We all had an awesome day doing the many obstacles that was offered! Highly recommend! Got it booked to do again!!!

Awesome & Fun Event
Even in the pouring rain, I had a blast!! Great event to meet new people and cheer each other on through obstacles. Can’t wait to do the run again next year with my brother and sister! :D
