Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Got in early and out in record time
5K Foam Fest Abbotsford
A super fun race to do with friends and family! The obstacles are interesting and varied which adds to the race environment. The race goodies are of excellent quality and pre/post race festival activities are awesome. Would definitely do it again and recommend you do it too! All fitness level appropriate.
Absolute Blast
Absolute Blast. Great starter run if you’re looking to see what you’re capable of. All skill levels can do this. Make it as impetus as YOU want it to be. It’s a great course, a ton of fun, family friendly and worth it!!
This was my first ever 5K fun run and it did not disappoint! The event was so well planned and organized, the obstacles were great and the atmosphere was incredible to be a part of. Loved the experience, and already have tickets to run again in Wasaga Beach in 2019!!

5K Foam Fest Moncton
The 5K Foam Fest event that happened in Moncton was one of the best running events I have ever been to. It was incredibly well organized and a lot of fun! The obstacles allowed for a new, physical challenges and they could be enjoyed with a group of friends. I had a blast! I cannot wait to do it again next year. :)

MEMORABLE
This was my son and I's first run together ever and it was a blast! We got sweaty, wet, dirty and had a ton of fun! I would definitely recommend doing this run. My son and I have decided that this will be our yearly tradition to do together. It was very organized and we loved the swag!
