Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

It was fun, lots of foam it was great. But I ran late in the afternoon and about 3 of the obstacles were down, and they looked to be the best ones, the big flat slide, the mesh climb, and another slip and slide
I had a blast! It was belittle colder than i expected and at the end it took a long time to get our bags out of bag check. The course was set ip great and the obstacles were set up perfectly. Can't wait to do it again in 2016!

Soooo much fun!!! Our family of 4 did this together. We are most definitely NOT a running family, but still we had a blast. There didn't seem to be as much foam as we had expected but the mud and foam mixed made for a very memorable day for our family. Thanks so much and can't wait to see you again next year.
Tonnes of foam fun!
My 10 year old son and I did the race with a few friends last year at SilverStar in Vernon, BC. It was a lot of fun! Well run and organized. Everything went smooth and was exactly what we expected and more!! Great race!! Can't wait until this years!!

Never a dull moment!!!
My boyfriend and I had such a blast!!! The weather and scenery were simply gorgeous during the summer time. We had so much fun going through the obstacle course in the mud and foam! It was like a huge playground for adults as well as for children;) I remember there were even clowns there that were cracking jokes trying to make us laugh lol. We still have our t-shirts and our medals are hanging around the thermostat in our rooms. We are for sure going back! Overall, it was a rewarding and unique experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes a little challenge, while enjoying the cool experience that the race has to offer;)

Foamy death
This was a blast. I ran with friends and family and we had a great time. The mud, the foam, the muddy foam. It was awesome. Even when I almost died in the fun house cause there was so much foam and we were all bouncing around and I thought they were going to jump on me and I was going to have a foamy death. Even then it was still a great day for this guy.
