Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Super fun I loved it, I do a lot of these runs and this was my favorite one. I told everyone to try it!
This was the first time I'd done a 5k. I actually hurt my foot before the run so was nervous if I would be able to finish it. When we got there the buzz that was going on between the runners was so exciting that all I could think of was "let's get this started!!" The foam at at the start just got you motivated to run and see what was next at the next obstacle. When we got there my feet couldn't stip moving cuz I never wanted to stop! My stomach was so sore from all the laughing and my cheeks were permanently pasted I couldn't stop smiling. We finished it and felt amazing. It was the most fun I had in a long time. I immediately started thinking about a group to get together for the following year. Running this was an amazing Feeling. It gave me an inner challenge that I couldn't fail at. U can't talk yourself out of finishing cuz every obstacle was so fun that u had to do the next until u got to the big finish!!! The slide!!! I'm doing it again!! And I'm bringing more with me!!
Best run ever
I hate to run, do when my friends asked me to do this I was a little hesitant. But it was so much fun! I cannot wait to run this again next year. We already have two times the amount of people coming with us and we've already chosen a team name! I had the best time ever, I even forgot that I hated running during this.

An absolute riot!
This was such a fun run! I laughed until I cried and then used that as an excuse to stop running...We had to wait at a few obstacles. Can't wait to get foamy filthy clean again!
My daughter and I did this and love it. The event workers were helpful and happy; energy levels were high! Already signed up for next and coming back more people. Boler's Black diamond hill was a chanallage but we got there in the end. Thank you for starting and running this type of event.

This event was awesome I even got my family into this one and would love to do it again next year!! My two daughters, sister in law, brother in law, nieces and nephews and more! We had a team of 23 and loved every minute of it!!!
A Blast!!!!
This was my first ever 5K obstacle course. Did it with a co worker and we had so much fun!!! Can't wait until June to do it again. The course was well spread out. It wasn't very busy as we ran on Sunday, but still had a blast.
