Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

We adored this run! My best friend and I had decided to try to get into shape and wanted an end goal for all our efforts. This was the perfect run for us! We convinced my husband and his sister to join us and we couldn't have had more fun. Upbeat music, crazy fun obstacles and, of course, foam. I know 4 people who will be running this run again :).

My friends and I had a blast at the 5K Foam Fest!! We will definitely do it again! The obstacles were fun and well organized. Some had a bit of a wait time, which would be nice to alleviate in the future, but it didn't steal our fun!!

It was such a great experience. Got to show my sister that it CAN be fun to exercise and that there are so many different ways to achieve fitness. SUCH AS FOAM FEST.

I had a blast doing it and will absolutely be doing it again next year. My only regret is not getting a team of people together to dress up and run!

I was SUPER nervous to do this event. It was completely out of my comfort zone but my boot camp group decided to do it. My heart was in my throat pretty much the whole time. I did things that I didn't even know I was capable of and I had so much FUN! The group of ladies I was with helped me get through it and I am so grateful for their support. We are excited to do it again next year!
A Must-Do!!
This was our first obstacle course race. It will also be our second, third, and so on. It was SOOOO much fun for a family. We will do it again and again. We're hoping to bring more friends out in July 2016!!
I had a blast at the 2015 event in Red Deer. Much fun was had, the slides were amazing and it made the length of the run more tolerable lol. Coming from someone not insanely fit, I was totally in for a longer run as long as it included more obstacles :)
