Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

From 10 to 45years old , finally an activity for all our family where we can exercise and have fun at the same time. The five or us My wife and my 3 daughters all really like it.
Fun filled foam Day!
I took my daughters spot as she had to work. I am so glad I did having fun doing exercise, getting wet, foamy and downright dirty. Managed to do all of the obstacles and had lots of laughs trying to get over the logrolls and did. Will definately be a yearly event that I will go to. So much fun!!!!

We went with a few relatives and absolutely loved it! The weather was great, the obstacles were many and the challenges were a blast...see you again next yr...possibly we can bring the guys this time too:)
This was a great activity. It was well organized and the difficulty level was just right. It was an amazing experience and I would love to do it again

First time around and love it even if the temperature was cool on race day !!! Am coming back next year for sure with more friends...( need extra people to push into the mud areas.....:):)

Had A Foam Fest Blast
My son told me about the 5k Fun Foam Fest at Silver Star in Vernon and said I should give it a try. I entered just to see if I could do it I'm 66 and noticed a lot of other older folk there too. My son and his 2 friends went as well and are experts running a variety of tough races...they left me in the dust! I finished the course and did really well and would love to go again!
Fun Fun bubbles and more fun
We were 6 of us at the Ottawa Foam Fest we had so much fun! The only problem it didn't last long enough! But I understand thats its 5k but sure didn't feel like 5k because it was so much fun! I'll be there next year with more friends! Kidda starting a tradition. Thanks for a great race for all ages
Cold & rainy but sooo much fun !!!
That was my second year doing the foam fest in St-sauveur, Qc. and we are still looking foward for next year even if it still in september and will probably be as cold as always.....
Fantastic time can't wait till next year.
