Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

AWESOME FOR FIRST TIME!!!
This is the very first 5K I have ever done and it was so awesome before we even left that day we were planning next years. I had talked my 13 year old son who is generally not into physical activities to join me. I'm so proud of him, he hauled butt through the entire course. The course is so awesome and we were soaked and covered in mud by the end of it but it was the greatest fun both of us had in a long time. Definitely recommend doing this and definitely something to do with your kids - no matter yours or their fitness level.
Awesome turn out, awesome staff. Suggestion more water stations it was really hot out and many were dying for water.

I ran my first FoamFest event in 2014 and fell in love. This year I ran FoamFests in 3 provinces! It is without a doubt the most fun you will have at an OCR. The courses are a blast, and are well designed and safely built. The festival area is always lively and the customer service is unbeatable!! Also loved the cool gear they had for sale this year!

Had an absolute blast! I have done a lot of marathons and colour runs but this was by far my favourite! So much fun can't wait till 2016!
It was an AMAZING event. First time I was able to enjoy an event with my son who's 10 years old. He's absolutely hooked on runs now. Would love the opportunity to attend again. Great family fun & well organized by staff & sponsors. Enjoyed all the obstacles I found them challenging & lots of muddy foamy fun. Truly an experience I have talked about with my friends & family!
