Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Most fun I've had in a long time.
This was my first ever 5k run. A friend and I went to the one in Ottawa. My favorite part are the giant inflatable slides. We had such a blast that I would have ran the course again. Great time with great people.

Great location but damn cold and obstacle lineups for being wet and cold way too long of wait. Obstacles were fun. ...had LOTS of laughs and our bigger grouo is looking forward to Sunpeaks!!!!!!!!! Oh and more ppto help hand your stuff back at the end would be gr

So much fun!!!
We had the best time! The only thing we wish that was done differently is a way to get around the wait times at each obstacle. And our group hardly saw any photographers on the course! So more photographers, less wait time, oh and MORE FOAM!! :) Lots of the foamy obstacles were not so foamy ;) We are going to the next years event regardless, it was so great!! For people of all ages, sizes, fitness level!!
5KM Foam Fest
This is the 2nd year participating in this event and this year was even better, since it didn't rain. Had a lot of fun and made a new friend, who I completed the race and obstacles with. Can't wait til the 2016 event.
What a blast!
This event was so much fun. My sister, cousin and I drove 2 hours to attend this and it was definitely worth it! Can't wait for next years.

Ran in 2015 with a friend of mine. Had so much fun that we're planning to do it in 2016 for my bachelorette party - already have a hideous white dress just waiting to get dirty!
Kids has a Blast
My kids and I participated in the 5km Foam Fest in Winnipeg on June 27, 2015 and we had a blast! Right afer we completed the course my kids were begging me to do it again next year and that is the plan stan!
Fun filled and full of laughter!
My very first 5k! Was an awesome experience, definitely something I can cross off my bucket list. Almost panicked on the rope pyramid thingy, but with encouragement and guidance from my group of 3 and the other runners, I made it over safe and sound! Good job Foam Fest!! Looking forward to 2016!

AMAZING EVENT AND ORGANIZATION
My son and I had a wonderful time at the race!! I was also extremely impressed by the organization. I had to switch our race date because my other son was in the hospital for our original London race so we couldn't make it. The event team easily changed our registration for us!!! Can't wait for 2016!!
