Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

5km of fun
We attended the Wasaga Beach foam fun run and it was a blast! An amazing location for a run even incorporating the actual lake into the race. Tons of obstacles that varied from challenging to just plain fun. Even did the free fall in the party zone which was a crazy experience. Would recommend 100% to anyone from beginners to pros :)

Had a really fun time with team Bubblicious!
One of the mud pits was in a bed of rocks though and crawling through it was very hard on the knees.
Regardless, the whole event was a blast and I will most likely do it again!
funnest experience I've ever had!! So worth it and definitely going again next year. The more friends/family you go with the better :)

Awesome adventure
I really enjoyed it! It was fun seing your friends in mud and bubbles, truly had a blast! Everyone is cheering and trying to get through the obstacles it's just too funny and fun to do!
A Blast
This was an event that brought the girls in the family together at various level of fitness. This event was an absolute blast I would recommend this event to anyone.
Not only was the race fun fun fun but getting ready for it was also great, with the coming up with our name to the design of the tee-shirts. I hope to be able to do it again in 2016..
Bachelorette Bonanza
I did the 5K Foam Fest as part of a girlfriends bachelorette party and had an amazing time. It was a great, inclusive atmosphere with awesome music and festivities outside the run and I'll definitely be coming back for the 2016 run with my girlfriends, whether or not anyone's getting married!
5K Montreal 2014 and 2015
Great family race.
the hill is challenging but everyone can do it. Not too hard for kids and adults can challenge their selves with speed. Avila was organized better then 2014 in Morin Heights.
Great run alltogether!
Had such a blast and can not wait to go to the one in Moncton, N.B. Drove up from NB to go the foam fest in Ottawa. So much fun and this year I am going to get as many of my family members to come to Moncton and take part with me. So excited.
