Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Great course, lots of fun. Was getting a bit cold towards the end with all the cold water and foam we went through combined with the not so sunny weather. Good obstacles, even some mud. Would have been better if Cadbury sponsored the event instead of the Popsicle company, would have got hot chocolate instead of popsicles at the end. That didn't help the cold factor, combined with the ice cold showers. We are definitely coming back in 2017, in fact just registered last week.
Hot damn what a great time!
The course was even better than last year! Invited friends to join us this year and guess who else is hooked? They are now registered for 2017. By far THE BEST 5Km I have participated in Saskatoon and have done a lot. I'll be there year after year no matter how old I get! LOL
So much fun! Well organized.
Family fitness fun!
This was my third year doing Foam fest and I brought my 9 year old son to join me and my hubby and 6 year old son cheering on the sidelines. This run gave me a special fitness bond where I could "play" with my son and challenge our fitness. I want my children to grow up to take challenges, value fitness, and have fun. Foam fest offers all three of those and so much more. My son skipped through the entire course and braved everything! He made himself and his momma proud! Great family and friend experience!
Ton of fun
I was skeptical at first of how this would be but my wife signed us up and couldn't believe how much fun it was we will defiantly be doing it next year and maybe if bring some friends along as well!

Was loads of fun!! I took my niece with me for her first mud run. She was surprised at how much it took out of you, but had such a great time!!! You guys had it really well put together!!
