Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

So much fun!
I went with a bunch of ladies last year and had so much fun I had to bring my 10 year old daughter. We both had a blast! I was so proud of my daughter, she completed every obstacle! We will definitely be doing it again next year!
Double the FUN
I have not participated in the event yet, but upon hearing fantastic reviews from my work girlies, I decided to enter next year 2 events. London with my family, and Wasaga with friends! We are all so excited!! Can't wait!!!!!!
Had a blast (first time) and would go again as well as try other runs that are similar. Where else can you enjoy a bit of social, a bit of mud and a whole lot of laughs!

Had a really great time with this run. There were more obstacles and I got way muddier with this run than a different run I did last year, which made it more enjoyable. There was some waiting for some of the obstacles. The one thing I didn't like was that all the safety pins holding my bib on got ripped open while doing the crawling obstacle. Jagged safety pins is not my idea of safe, I had to remove them before continuing. Most of my teammates lost theirs as well through the course of the race. I wonder if there is any alternative to the safety pins/bibs? Loved the inflatables set up for the little kids that couldn't participate in the actual run, absolutely great idea.
I absolutely had a blast at the 5k foam fest in Moncton. All the staff was so encouraging and energetic. The course was set up well and was very fun! I also liked the pictures which were taken. What I didn't like was 1 the absolutely terrible tasting bubbles. I breathed in the bubbles and ended up being allergic to the soap. The pins that held up me and my teams bibs also made big holes in our shirts. Possibly string would be better.

The only thing that I may have negtive to add is that the wave are not check for time to start and sometime you have 2x the amount of people becauss they go like an hour after they sould.
Me and my 3 sisters had a blast doing the Foam Fest in Saskatoon last summer. It was a great way to kick off the summer! Definitely want to go again next year!

This was my second FoamFest for the season and this time I took my kids with me. I found there was a lot of run time between the obstacles here, and a little more disorganization compared to the one in Toronto I did, but we all enjoyed it
