Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Super fun!!
had so much fun. it was a rainy day but it was still awesome. first obstacle race I ever did with my hubby. he had just lost his grandfather and it really helped take his mind off of it.
Good dirty fun for the whole family.
I tried this out 2 years ago by myself to see what it was like and my family cheered me on (plus they loved seeing dad get muddy for some reason). At that time they asked if the whole family could participate in the next one. So in 2016 we signed everybody up. Well the kids seem to love it and tore off through the course. At first my daughter was scared to try some of the bigger obstacles but eventually "womaned up" and did them (maybe because her little brother was unstoppable). My wife couldn't manage some of the tough or scary ones. I found it very easy but didn't run the whole thing since I was watching/helping the kids. Everyone had a good time and have already signed up for 2017. My only complaints: it's over pretty quick and the music/PA system is loud enough to cause pain or hearing damage.
Lots of fun
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it! It was our first 5K and it was a challenge but still doable. The only issue was we went at a time where there was a lineup at almost every obstacle so it took us over an hour to do the whole thing when I'm sure we could have been faster! We will probably go at an earlier time next year to beat the rush. It would have been awesome to try sky fall too! It still wasn't even running when we left in the afternoon. All in all though we loved it and we will most likely be coming again next year. The obstacles are great!

I had the time of my life! This was my first time doing a 5K and it definitely won't be my last! Thank you for the experience. Can't wait for September 2017!
Awesome layout lines were a bit long but overall had a great time me the gf and 2 friends had a blast completing the run!!! Can't wait for next year!!! the lineups to the slides we're long but that's because people were afraide to go down them
Excellent adventure
Loved the event ... It was great for all ages and skill levels. Had fun crawling through the mud, the natural and j flat able obstacles. We will have a team going in 2017 for sure!

By far one of the best experiences my friends and I have ever had. It was so well organized, and not to mention so fun!! We loved every minute of it. The distance was perfect and the obstacles were very well set up, and also safe. It was a great team activity and opened us up to lots of challenges. We would absolutely attend again.
What an incredible day
My middle daughter graduated grade 12 in June and we celebrated by doing foam fest together. What an awesome day. We had so much fun doing the obstacles together. The location was great. The staff was so friendly and bubbley. The race was just the right length. The obstacles where doable no matter what your physical level was.
Was lots of fun done it 2 years in a row and planing on doing it 2017 as well
