Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Foam fest 5k Winnipeg
I did a lot of events this year, including half marathons, Spartan races, mud hero, adventure races...the Foam Fest 5k was probably the most pure fun! I did this one and several others with my son, and we had an absolute blast. The inflatables were awesome, and the "race village" pre and post race was awesome too. We stayed longer than at any other run all year. Great job! We will definitely do this one again if it returns, and I have told everyone I know how much fun this race is
Had so much fun. It was the best girls day out I have had in a long time. Will do again.
Had a blast will definitely continue to go every year bringing more and more ppl with me!

MOST FUN EXPERIENCE EVER
This experience was just amazing! I recommend everyone to join it because having done it months ago, I feel like I would be signing up for it every year! Had lots of fun, laughs, and incredible moments with my friends and family! It's truly a course that you can enjoy with anyone no matter how old you are. Great course also as well as the location, and I LOVED the obstacles, some could be challenging but other than that, I felt like a kid again and you really do feel a sense of accomplishment afterwards making you feel so good in the end! Thank you for this event!!
Awesome run
Very fun, girlfriend hated the thought of doing anything with mud, so i brought her to foam feast and she loved the mud part, could have been a but muddier but we both loved it was our 1st time doing foam and sure wont be the last bring the kids in 2017 this time, can't wait

Foam Fest Fun
Got a great group of ladies together to have a great day out at the Parksville 5K Foam Fest. We had great weather and the best time running the fabulous course that had been put together out there. We are excited for next year and have a great group of ladies again but this time with a great group of kids to run this year too!!! Looking forward to it:)
Best weekend!
Got a great group of friends together for the Erin, and it was the greatest time! Got a great rate on a condo to share, got to enjoy a few days off, even spend some extra time with my mom and sister. Was fabulous and would recommend it to anyone!
