Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Foam Fest Funtastic!
This was the most fun I've ever had doing a 5k! My first experience doing a Foam Fest run. But definitely not my last. Lots of great obstacles, inflatables & foam! Thank you for a memorable experience with my gal pals! Thanks for my towel & medallion too...I love them! See you at Foam Fest 2017!

Amazing
This was the best way to get clean and dirty at the same time. My group had a blast cheering each other on finishing each obstacle. Such a fun day, atmosphere, people and run! I will definitely be there again!

2016 sun peaks foam fest was AMAZING!!!
First mud race I actually enjoyed doing. My mother came along with me and not only did she run a bit (up the first hill) but she conquered her fear of high places. Going over the rope tower she froze at the top and couldn't come down, I climbed up to get her and she came over with me. There cheers and clapping and hugs from people we didn't know. It was a amazing experience.
The best
This summer I did 3 'obstacle races' and this one was far and away the most fun. Being a Mud Hero was great but if I had to choose, I'd rather be filthy clean at Foam Fest. Can't wait till next year.
I've done foam fest both times its been in Alberta and it is so much fun. Always a foamy good time with a good chance of mud. Can't wait to do it again!
this was my second year and so worth it!!!!!
Was so nervous my first year but now after two years Im loving every minute minute of it! And even made a new race friend to atend next year with me
A lot of fun! the event was well organised and not to challenging. The only downside was having to wait in line for long periods of time for some of the obstacles.
Was a great experience. Most fun i have ever had will definitely want to do this again next year
We had a great time, but the line ups at the obstacles were frustrating. We wish that there were more garbages available for us to put stuff in and bottles of water provided. A second or third food vendor truck would be great, as we chose to leave instead of stick around to eat because of the line.
