Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

This was my very first Foam Fest experience and I was so surprised as to how much fun it was!! It was mildly challenging which was perfect and I am definitely doing it again next year. Awesome event!!!

So much fun with the family
My husband, 3 kids and I ran the 5K FoamFest this past July 2016 in Toronto, Canada and had so much fun! Before we were even finished my oldest son (12yrs) wanted to register for next year. At the end of the race I asked if they still wanted to register and they all enthusiastically said yes. Well my youngest (8ys) said "not right now. Maybe in an hour". Only issue was the long lines at the bungy webs.
Great Event for the whole family. The obstacles are a blast and the family left with smiles and great memories.

This was my first Foam Fest, so I had no expectations. My family had an absolute blast! We loved all of the obstacles, they were challenging yet manageable. I loved the location of the venue, and being able to see all of our photos on the website! We definitely plan to attend again in 2017 and I have so many friends interested in going as well after hearing me rave about what a great time we had!
This was the first time that I had participated in Foam Fest, but had done Mud Hero twice before. Foam Fest was very fun, and the obstacle were quite manageable for almost everyone. This event is definitely geared for all ages and having fun. While I would have liked some more challenging obstacles myself, I had a great time all the same. I can always choose to participate in other mud events in order to get that challenge.
Foam Fest Funtastic!
What a great event! This was our 1st Foam Fest 5k & it was Funtastic! The obstacles, inflatables & foam were excellent! Great challenge & rewarding for all ages & fitness levels! It was definitely the most fun I've had at a 5k run! Looking forward to next years Foam Fest 5k Canada event already! Thank you very much for the towel & medallion...I love them Foam Fest Canada!!!
Foamy and Dirty Fun
My friends and I made our group and got dressed up for the event. We had a blast and enjoyed all the obstacles, and definitely got muddy and foamy. It was a fun and supportive atmosphere and didn't feel pressured to do more than you were capable of. I would suggest more pictures at different locations though to capture more moments.
