Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Foam fest st sauveur
Overall me and my bestfriend had an amazing time ! The only thing I would suggest is adding in an extra water station in the beginning . Going up hill for those who are not used to it is very hard. Therefore water is much needed !
This was a great event for the family. I ran with my sister, daughter and nephew. The trail was well marked and there were lots of volunteers cheering people on. Some obstacles did have a back log when the front of a heat caught up with the back of the previous heat. The organizers even thought about the little ones who were too young to run - there were the fancies bouncy castles we had ever seen! We've already signed up for next year! And when the little girls are old enough to participate, they are coming too!
Had a bubbly blast!
It was our first time ever doing a run like this..we really enjoyed the obstacles that we decided to challenge ourselves to more events..was a bit hard trying to run through the sand but would definitely do it again! Was well organized!
First timer
This was only my 2nd fun run (my first was the Mud Hero race). I loved the atmosphere and the run itself was a lot of fun. The obstacles were challenging but accessible to everyone, young and old and all of the runners were supportive and friendly. My only complaint would be that there were too many people all running at one time which led to long line ups at each obstacle. My partner and I spent more time standing around chatting then we did actually running to the next obstacle (which was ok with us since we both have 4 kids and it was lovely alone time) LOL We'll be back next year for sure.
Dirty Dames will return for foamy fun
This was my first ever race. It was a great introduction to fun runs. The positive and supportive energy was fantastic. We plan to come back with a bigger group next year. My only suggestion would be better signage at the venue. See you in 2017.
Celebrating my 30th!
Foam fest was such a blast at Wasaga! I asked my family and friends to help me celebrate my 30th birthday by completing the race with me!! It was such a blast that we have now pledge to make this an annual thing with the whole family and friends, including my almost 60 year old mother!!!!
Life is Fun!

First Foam Fest not my last! Was so much fun, Great way to spend the day with friends or family, lots of laughs!!! Well organized, did not have to wait at any station. Who thought exercising would be so much fun!!!!
I had such a great time at this race. It was so well
Organized and the staff was so friendly and encouraging. I loved the huge slide and the sky fall. The only thing I would change is I would have liked to have a couple more challenging obstacles but overall it was awesome and I will be doing it again for sure.
Family Fun
We have done the foam fest in both Vernon and Kamloops now, and love them both. This is a great way to bond as a family. Kamloops was spaced out better than Vernon was but both were a ton of fum. We will see you at the next one in Kamloops.
