Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Family Fun
My son and I had an incredible time running this event together in Saskatoon! He was only 8 years old, but was able to do all of the obstacles. The course was really well organized, with a lot of fun obstacles. I wish there had been more photos taken along the course, but I am happy they have obstacles close enough for spectators to see. I look forward to participating again next year!
One of the best family memories
My children and I showed up and it was our first year. We had such a great time and the positive vibe out there was something else! Loved the energy and we will be participating in 2017 and bringing out more people with us!
The foam fest is amazing!!!Ive gone for the last past 2 years with a gang and we love it.Its like being a kid again.For sure im going back next year.This race is a must do:)
I have done this event three years now and have always had a foamtastic time. The downfall this year was my friend got injured but all the volunteers and medics that helped her were the best. It hasn't deterred her from coming back next year.
Worth the drive!
There was a group of us from a town in southern Saskatchewan decided to go. We were super excited and we were counting down the days until we got go! There was so many obstacles and the environment was amazing! The staff were super welcoming and the course was lots of fun. I have a huge fear of heights and when I got to the top of the big slide I wanted nothing more then to head back down the way I came up. But due to encouragement of the staff and my own friends I slid down! And I really wished I could have gone twice! I can't say enough good things about the run! I'll see you foam fest in 2017!!
Great family fun.
A great foamy, muddy, wet way to spend a hot summer day while getting exercise. Great family event. Will definitely do it again.
Even though I ran it by myself, It was a lot of fun!! Met some nice runners while waiting to do the mega slide. I did find the obstacles a little less challenging than I expected, but considering it is a fun run, it was very good. Lots of parking, but we had to pay for it. Good event and nice weather :)

For for the whole family
Just an occassion to get together with family or friend and get out of comfort zone and have fun, laughs and get fit. Relax atmosphere, staff very nice! CAN wait for next year event. Will definatly bring younger kids on the site, so they can play in the kids area!
