Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Great Time
The 2016 Moncton Run was my second 5k FoamFest; thoroughly enjoyed this course! Took it easy; one long line for the tall slides, but overall it was great! One suggestion: something other than safety pins for the bibs; I got stuck twice (and had to pull the needles out...) that day when I landed on pins in the pools...
Soooooo much fun
This was my first run/ event like this and I had the time of my life! We will definitely be making this an annual thing!!!! So much fun

Awesome race with tons of fun obstacles! My only suggestion would be to have more water stations because the day we ran it was 42 with humidex
Best adult fun ever!
This was my first time ever doing an obstacle course and I was so nervous. But after I arrived, those nerves vanished! I had so much fun that I signed up for next year right away!! Where else can an adult have fun in bubbles and mud without getting hurt!!

The Best 5k Run Out There!
I have ran a few 5k runs and have to say that I enjoyed Foam Fest the most. It is definitely on my schedule to participate in this run every year because it's one of the most entertaining event with many fun obstacles. You get mud and foam all in one race!!
Team Bubblelicious! (possibly the largest team!)
This was the second year I brought a team to this event as we LOVE it! I'm guessing I brought the largest team to this event! I had a team of 69 people doing the Foam Fest 2016 in memory of our friend Josie who past away in 2015. She badly wanted to do the Foam Fest in 2015 but was unable to as she was battling cancer. She lost her fight later that year. We dedicated the 2016 Foam Fest to her as she would have loved to have been there! We are hoping that our team gets bigger and bigger every year! This event is foamy, muddy and so much fun! Thank you!
We'll be back!
The event was so much fun. Great for families. The only down side was the long line ups. We waited in them all as we wanted to experience the whole event. It took us hours to get thru the 5k.
We will be back tho and hopefully since it is the second year running the kinks from last year will be worked out.
Absolutely the most fun I have ever had outside !!!! So many people canceled and then once they saw the pictures and herd me talking they decided that they want to do it next year! The girls and I have now officially made it an annual thing !!!! Cannot wait to go next year !!!!! Loved the towel and the t shirts and everything about it !!! Loved how kids could also do it !
This was my first ever mud run and I had a great time! I am definitely considering doing this event again next year. It was challenging but not too challenging where it seemed like work. You could still have fun with it!
Experience of lifetime :)
My daughters and our family friend attended this event for the 1st time. It was absoluetly amazing and so much fun. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time. Definetly returning for wasaga beach 2017!! Experience of a lifetime and a must do for anyone looking for fun and challenging obstacles while building great memories!
