She founded DirtinYourSkirt.com, an OCR community for women as well as former contributing editor for Mud and Obstacle Magazine and industry expert for About.com. She authored the book Obstacle Race Training.

Jon Albon One Step Closer to Spartan $1 Million

After this weekend, Albon is one step closer to the $1 Million dollar prize winning the Trifecta Weekend Championship in Greece. Webster opted out of the weekend and is out of the running for the unprecedented prize purse. However, as we noted in nearly a month ago, Albon's road to Iceland is not a smooth one. 

Mario Lopez Surprises Tough Mudders in SoCal

You never know who you will see at an obstacle course race. This past weekend participants at the Tough Mudder SoCal were surprised when Mario Lopez showed up at the start line. Lopez spent the say encouraging racers and coaching them through some of Tough Mudders signature obstacles.

Jon Albon is just coming off his wins at the OCR World Championships. However, the champion barely has time to recover as tomorrow begins the Spartan Trifecta Weekend in Greece. Albon the 2019 Spartan World Championship is now in a league of his own racing for the $1 Million prize purse.

Adaptive Athletes to Compete in Inaugural “Para Spartan”

Spartan continues to push the envelope in the obstacle racing industry with the introduction of "Para Spartan" for adaptive athletes. The inaugural race will take place November 17 in Laughlin, Nevada. The event will feature both an elite and open waves for adaptive athletes and a first for the obstacle racing community.
