Gear Review: Altra Running Shoes – The ONE 2.5 & Olympus 1.5

By |July 28th, 2015|

Wide shoes = wide feet, right? Those were my exact thoughts when I first glanced at Altra's Running shoes. I assumed they were wide shoes for runners with wide feet, I never gave them a chance. Recently I realized that wasn't the case. After multiple rave reviews I figured I would give them a chance.

Gear Review: Roll Recovery – R8

By |May 14th, 2015|

Have you tried Roll Recovery yet? If not you for us , we hate lying on the floor trying to use a foam roller when we are beat up from a race, sometimes it makes it worse! We tend to cramp up here & there after intense races and really feel it at the end. R8 helps out for that, it gives you that "feel good but it hurts" deep pressure massage.

Gear Review: Geigerrig Pressurized Hydration Packs

By |July 29th, 2014|

Ever have a certain product that you use just about every day and can’t be without? Well for me, this is it. Geigerrig Hydration backpacks are simply one of a kind and stand-alone from the rest of the competition! Geigerrig Hydration packs are a total game changer! What makes these hydration packs different from others is its pressurized system to squirt out water wherever needed. All you do is pump it (it comes with a easy to reach hand pump) to create the pressure & you're ready to drink or spray it. They are one of my favorite things I own for OCR’s.
