    Warrior Dash to Donate Water & Supplies to Flint, Michigan

    Warrior Dash is giving back to the Flint, Michigan community in conjunction with their upcoming Michigan Warrior Dash. This will be the event’s fifth year returning to Genesee County Parks at E.A. Cummings Center. This year Warrior Dash is doing a little extra for the community so badly hit by the Flint Water Crisis.

      Mud Run Guide has once again partnered with For Those Who Would and OCR World Championships to award the second annual For Those Who Would OCR Humanitarian Award. For Those Who Would, a Richmond, Kentucky-based 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity rooted in the obstacle racing community launched as an organization supporting individuals unable to participate in athletic and physical recreational activities due to debilitating injuries or chronic diseases.

          After months of anticipation the new NBC competition reality series, Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge airs Monday night at 10/9 central after American Ninja Warrior.                     Following the Monterey Spartan Super on Saturday, I had the chance to don a new cap, this time as a movie critic as I took in the premiere of the "Rise of the Sufferfests" documentary that has been lovingly crafted by Scott Keneally. Now, I'm no Leonard Maltin, but I know what I like, and frequently that revolves more around the Marvel Universe, Star Wars, and Lord of the Rings than any dry and stale documentary.
