Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

This was the first foam fest my wife & I ever competed in... We did it as part of our new lifestyle after losing a lot of weight and getting shape. I would never have even considered an event such as this when I weighed 360 pounds but after losing 150 pounds it was something that sounded like a lot of fun. And it was! We had a blast and would have ran a second time if we could have. We registered for the 2016 event and are excited about doing it again - we even recruited a couple more participants. Hats off to the organizers - it's a great event for a great cause!
My friends and I had a great time! The obstacles were challenging but manageable. Next time we plan on bringing our kids!
I would have like it to be more foamy. I started later and the foam was gone on most obstacles
A Fantastic 5K
The 5k foam fest in 2015 was my very first experience with a 5k obstacle run. I enjoyed it very much and have since participated in a few other runs, none of which have amounted to the foam fest. My friend and I were able to complete the run twice, and could have completed it more if we had wished which was a wonderful experience for us. We went home covered in mud and foam, exhausted, sore and laughing. And we got some fabulous professional photos while we were at it. A spectacular experience as a whole! I can't wait to run the course in 2016, 5K foam fest watch out, you've got a lifer!
I had a lot of fun doing this with my friends. It was raining that day which wasn't a big deal since all the obstacles, just was unfortunate qhen we had to stop and wait for the lightning to stop ( froze standing there) would definitely do it again
Pretty fun
Could have used more organization getting in the gates. Took us 30 minutes just t walk in. The run itself was incredibly fun (even though it was stopped several times due to weather). The obstacles were easy enough for beginners and fun for experienced runners. The only downfall, the change rooms were too small and you ended up covers in mud since they were also set up on a mud hill. So perhaps dryer land next time.
My husband and I had a lot of fun doing this run. I am a lot more out of shape then he is, but we both found it very enjoyable and plan to do it again next year.

Fun day needs a little more organization for entry, timing chips would be good. hope to go again in 2016.
5K Foam Fest - Vernon 2015
I had a BLAST!!!!! It was so much fun and a great bonding experience for my daughter and I. We were the first heat of the day and it seemed like no one was ready to start when we arrived. We were instructed to be at least a half hour early, we were, but not one station was up and running at that time. The picture we received were less than mediocre compared to all the other heats that day. Still, I will be going in 2016, and look forward to it being another great experience.
