Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

For my first mud run, I had a blast!! Even though we had drought conditions in Saskatoon, the course was amazing! I would definitely do it again.
Best 5k run ever!
It was one of the best experience that I've tried here in Saskatoon! I was so lucky to join the race! I promised my self that I will always join for the next time. It was so fun you dont even feel tired. Every obstacle makes me more excited about the run!
Had such a blast doing this. I'm not big on running but this was very doable. Went with a group which made it much more fun!
I definitely would recommend doing this no matter what your physical edurance is.

Last year a group of us desided to try Foam Fest. We had all been working hard to get healthy and thought that this would be a nice reward. We had so much fun, it was all so well planed and it was a fun, challenging experience. This year we all desided to go again but to bring our kids, who all do judo and wrestling together. The group is made for 2016 but I have not signed up yet. I have to get through Christmas first. We can't wait to be a part of the 2016 foam fest run. My son will who is 11 will love it.

Thid was my first time and it was Fantastic and super fun, already registered for next year and even created a team to go so that more people can enjoy this great race :D

My friends and I do a lot of races,we drove about 2 hours to get to this one but this is by far one of the funnest races, we did the Ottawa one in 2015, the obstacles are fun, the people are fun and this year i introduced a new friend to foam fest and she loved it, next year there will hopefully be a bigger group of us and we plan to attend a few more than just the ottawa one :-)

Foamy Fun
I signed up my family for our 1st Foam Fest, and despite a 40 min lightning delay, we had the best time ever!! So fun going through all the obstacles and playing in the foam!! I convinced other people to sign up next year!! Can't wait to do another one!!
