Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

I was celebrating loosing 100 pounds at 55 years old and i found it challenching. But it was very rewarding, when I saw the finishing line it was all worth it. I embraced my medal and framed it as a memider of all the efforts. Great memories with friends and family. Carole Mace

Family Fun
My husband and I ran the race with our 3 kids, our niece and a friend. We had the time of our lives. None of us thought it would be as hard as it was but it wasn't too difficult that we couldn't do it - just right. We shared so many laughs and giggles and it was a real bonding experience as a family. Kudos to the organizers - it was a blast. Anyone over the age of 50 ought to try this at least once! Looking forward to 2016!!
It was a truly amazing experience! It was tough without be too hard and I had a blast. Definitely suggest to anyone!
My son did the race with ten of his friends and had a blast. The dads are going to get in on the action next year. Lots of fun.

I signed up to do the foam fest as a personal challenge and as a birthday present to myself back in February. As winter passed and spring and summer came, I watched videos of previous races and was mixed with excitement and panic! Was I really going to do this?! About a week or so before the race, I decided it would be a mother-son event so I signed my up my teenage son. Race day was upon us! We got up bright and early and headed to our race. Once we got there, the adrenaline started kicking in; there was no turning back. The race starts and Oh my goodness, all worries were gone.
IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!
The obstacles were fun, challenging and messy. The volunteers were incredibly supportive.
The only downside was that it was cold when we did our race and rainy. I would've loved to do it in August when it's hot!
The photographer managed to capture some incredible shots of my son and I which were printed and are a amazing souvenir!
We truly loved the race and I left feeling very proud of myself!
Can't wait to do it again next year!!!
We were looking for something to do as a family and the Foam Fest is definitely it. Fun, work and team building skills it was awesome. I highly recommend the Foam Fest to everyone, we've done it two years in a row in London and loved it both times. Bring on the Foamy fun!!!!

For the 5k foam fest is having a charity for the running shoes because a lot of people just left their muddy shoes on the ground.
Amazing! Had the opportunity to participate with my 13 year old daughter and two of her friends. We sweat, we laughed and got real dirty!! Loved every minute of it!
