Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

What a fun Family Event
My entire family and I decided the 5k foam festival 2016 would be a great thing to do as a family. This include my husband and my 10 year old daughter along with my self , my mother-in la, my sister-in-law and her 2 kids. We also got my neighbour to join in. This was our first year we ever joined. There was something for everyone. We all loved it and plan to expand the Hilly Billies team next year. The only complaint that I can make is everyone in our group had tickets for the Drop obstacle after the run and it was not running. We had to get back to our home town in a bit of a rush due to my daughter being in a baseball tournament. So it was unfortunate but we were not able to use those tickets. Can't wit for next year!
Foam Fest is such a great event that anyone of any fitness level will enjoy! Each obstacle was so much fun, and if you weee struggling at all there were always volunteers and other runners around to encourage you! It is definitely something that I will be attending every year!
Even the teens loved it!
This was our first Foam Fest Race. We were a mixed group of 8 adults & kids. Everyone had a blast! We're already signed up for 2017!

I found this was a fun event that the whole family can enjoy. I am not the most fit and walked the course and didnt feel shamed, i just took my time and enjoyed the fun
Naniamo 5k Foam Fest
Had an amazing time running over,crawling under, ongoing through all the foam obstacles.. Would do it again in a heartbeat, We Had a great team, and we so finished it foamy,wet and smiling.
