Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

FOAMTASTIC
It rained however it was still hot so the rain made the run refreshing.
It was my first run and it was a complete BLAST!!! The obstacles were very fun and well thought out. I feel there could have been more photo opportunities but otherwise...What a great location to have it too. Looking forward to next years run!!!
Went in this with a group of great friends! It was great cause we are all at different fitness levels! Had a blast! Can't wait until next year!
Heartbroken
One week before the foam run I twisted my ankle brutally trail running.... my first thought was of all the races I'd miss this season!!! I was on crutches for the foam run, but my kids and our team got to have a muddy blast and I came out for the day in my law chair and cheered them on! Great obstacles and a happy fun vibe throughout the day.... looking forward to it this year!

Foam fest was great but needs new obstacles as they were the exact same as previous year.
Ottawa Foamfest
We had a work gathering with a few colleagues to run the 5K FoamFest in Ottawa! The event was great! Fun coarse for all fitness levels, great obstacles and just a blast all around.
Hoping to come back again next year and bring a bigger group!

Family Fun Foam Fest Sun Peaks
A good time to be had by all. Slides into foamy water, foamy boyncy castles and loads of fun obstacles.
By the time you finish- you will be asking if you actually covered 5k.
Truth is, fu. 5 k is exhirating too. A great time for family or friends to get out, costume up and enjoy a day together on the Mountain
This was my first time running this event, and it was the best experience ever. I look forward to running this event again in the following years with my boyfriend and anyone else I can get to join! the memories made will last forever !loved it
This was my 2nd year doing the race with my kids - LOVED it! It's a great family- friendly event! My only complaint was the weather, but you can't do anything about that.
This is the most fun event I have ever been to! I would do this every weekend if I could!
