Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

5k FOAM FEST!!
Can't wait until 2017 foam fest. Was my first foam fest in September 2016. We had a blast and plan on doing it every year, bigger and foamier. The event was nicely done and organized. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks foam fest for making cherished memories. See you in 2017
I had SO much fun! It was a total blast. The obstacles were great, not too difficult but definitely fun
5K Foam Fest Saskatoon
I had such a good time! It was as exciting, if not more exciting and awesome than I thought it would be.
I had a blast doing this run! The massive slide near the end was definitely the highlight! I thought it was awesome how many people participated and that it was geared towards so many different age groups and abailities all at once. The only downfalls were the wait at some of the obstacles (for one obstacle we waited around 20 minutes) and our heat didn't get a foamy finish :( but other than that the organization was great! The wait for the obstacles would have been much more fun had there been music to dance too, just a suggestion for next time!

All of our group, 21 of us were 1st timers aged from 8 to 48, we had a blast and I am pretty sure we will be around 40 people in 2017 - thanks to all the organizers and all the people that help them offering their time and smiles!

More mud the better!
Foam fest has been a family event for us for the last two years it is one of the most amazing experiences that we have had as a family. I am so excited and can't wait for the 2017 run!!! The more mud and water the better! It doesn't even matter if it's rainin or not, that just adds to the whole experience! Bring on the mud!!!
Amazing Time!
This was a my first time participating in the 5K Foam Fest and I had a BLAST!!!! We put in a 5 lady team during a Wasaga Beach vacation which added to the fun! I was the oldest on the team and I was sooooo proud to finish the event and complete each obstacle even the lily-pad which I was a little hesitant to do! LOL
I would definitely recommend this event to anyone of any age. I would love to participate again!
Lots of fun! The course is on the beach and running on the sand added a good challenge! Will definitely do it again next year. They had lots of things to do and eat after the race as well which is awesome! Hoping for better weather next year though
