Course Description:
There will be four zones of gigantic obstacles, the event will involve primal moves such as crawling, climbing, swinging, carrying, scrambling and trusting your gut.
. Teams of four will race head to head against seven other teams (or tribes as we like to call them!), to complete the course in the fastest possible time. This intense competition will find the fastest, strongest and fittest competitors out there. The fastest eight tribes from each category will qualify for the finals. But with a twist!
Each team in the finals will be hunted down by one of our Chasers! These supreme athletes/primates will be handpicked from the best in the field of obstacle course racing. If the Chaser manages over take you or a team-mate then your tribe will receive a time penalty which is added on to your final overall time. The fastest most primal tribe wins the prize of being the ""Ultimate Primates”.
Aid Stations:
There's no need for aid stations on this course, but the event village itself will have catering that will blow your mind for healthy, organic and responsibly sourced local traders serving the best, tastiest food for you to stock up on after your race.
Awards:
Competitors have to be 18 to enter. There will be two prize giving ceremonies after the two finals.

Spectators:
Spectators are free and there will be a fantastic event village to enjoy with family entertainment and local traders with organic fare and Italian coffee to boot.

We have a bag drop for your kit, medical tents, merchandise and a simply awesome pre race warm up ready for you.
Competitors run for an Acre of rainforest, that's right. If you complete the course you will save an acre of actual rainforest in the Congo. Check out our charity partner at www.rainforesttrust.org.
Team:
Only teams can take part, teams of four - mixed or single sex.
