Max Tracks MAX Tracks races are built to challenge even the most seasoned OCR racer! Built to break you, that's our slogan, and we mean it! However, the best part about MAX Tracks is the availability of skipping any obstacle you might not feel comfortable doing. Run at your own pace, but why not push yourself to the MAX! We run races all over Maryland, low cost but not low quality. Lets have some fun, pushing ourselves to absolute MAX!

Course Description:

3+ miles

40% of the track is open dirt with huge man made hill and obstacles
50% of the track is though the woods, some woods are cleared open and some are pretty tight
10% of the track is open fields and grass covered roads

We have 30 obstacles designed to break you down! Here are a few ideas of what you will see:
Hardwood - over 200 yards of 2.5-4 foot high logs
Creek crossing - 3 thin balance beams over a very mucky creek bed
Cable run - Suspended 2 feet off the ground, you must balance with only the help of a rope above you
Monkey bars - unevenly spaced and suspended over a 4 foot deep hole filled with water...hang on
The gauntlet - a solid quarter mile of obstacles
MAX Mountain - a steep hill followed by a Ladder like climb that spans over 15 feet

Aid Stations:

3 EMTs will man the coarse

Spectators:

Spectators are free. We have a tremendous spectating location. When watching you can see 4-5 of our main obstacles!

Parking:

$10 to park - Car pooling is encouraged

Post Party:

Beer Wagon
Live Band (RYFUL)
Vendor tents

Bask in all your muddy glory as you listen to some kickass rock and roll and chow down on a brat! Beer is available for those over 21 years old!

Other:

Our race will donate a portion of our funds to Ronald McDonald house as well as the local POP Warner football club

The Minimum age is 15 years old

We will have bag check and shower stations.

Team:

Sign up for a team and save $10 each. Teams must have at least 5 people but there is no max number unless you set it.
