A 5k course winds it way through hardwood forests, pine trees, up and over creeks and pastures.
Over-Under: Jump over, crawl under, and dive through a number of walls of various heights.
Balance Beam: Run, Walk or crawl if you have to, along this 4″ beam, of various heights, across a 24′ span, but don’t fall off or you may get your clothes a little dirty!
Down Under: Crawl through a 2′ wide by 10′ long drain pipe, then slide down the 2nd pipe to the wet muddy pit below.
Hanging Out: Traverse this 30′ array of “monkey bars” and “gym rings” without slipping into the wet muddy mess below.
The Firing Range: Hands and knees all the way through this 20′ pit, keeping your head down as you go!
Bag It: Load 10 pounds of sand or grain into the sack and haul it up a 150′ incline… if it doesn’t weigh 10 pounds when you get to the top, you’ll have to go back for more.
Up & Over: Run in as fast as you can to jump up and grab the top of this 10′ wooden wall. There will be a knotted rope dangling from the top, to help those who just can’t jump that high.
Hop Skotch: Hop your way across the 20′ mine field of old vehicle tires.
Hang Tight: Grab hold of the rope with your hands and knees, and on your back 4′ from the surface, hand-over-hand traverse to the other side 12′ away, without falling into the hay stack.
Fenced In: Don’t get lost in the 20′ long maze of pallets.
Mud Slide: Pull yourself up this 10′ long slippery, sliddy, muddy slope, all the time keeping the water out of your face.
The A-Frame: The biggest obstacle of them all, climb up this 20′ tall wooden frame, and descent the other side on the cargo nets
