Oh Muck! Mud Run. Course comprises of 2 laps of a 3km loop with obstacles, held at Rostrevor Holidays

Spectators are welcome and free!
Parking:
Parking will be at Rostrevor Holidays, and along the main Kilbroney Road.
Other:
All proceeds raised from the Oh Muck! Mud Run will be donated to the Southern Area Hospice Services. The event is being organized by Rostrevor Holidays, with sponsorship from various companies to help us cover the costs.
This is not a race in the traditional sense. It is an untimed obstacle course in which a good sense of humour is the most essential part for getting through the challenge. We recommend forming teams, as this will help you get around the course with a laugh.
Showers - this amounts to a cold hose with clean water!
Bring a bin bag to put your dirty clothes in for the journey home, and make sure you have a warm change of clothes.
