Elite starts at 8:00am.
Heats up to 300 participants will start every 20 minutes. Participants are responsible for knowing their heat time and showing up at the start time in advance of it.
The first heat of every event is the Elite Heat. The last heat is the Junior Gladiator heat.

The Gladiator Assault Challenge obstacle course is a series of challenging physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate. The 5 - 7 mile course will challenge you with running, climbing, jumping, crawling and balancing elements with the aim of testing overall endurance. All registered participants will receive a free Gladiator tee shirt, finisher medal, a free beer and admission into the pre and post parties where there will be live rockin' music, DJ, grilled food, and lots of beer!

Gladiator Assault Challenge is the Midwest’s premier test of endurance, speed, agility, strength and mental stamina. The Gladiator Assault Challenge obstacle course is a series of challenging physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate. The 5 - 7 mile course will challenge you with running, climbing, jumping, crawling and balancing elements with the aim of testing overall endurance. All registered participants will receive a free Gladiator tee shirt, leather cuff, a free beer and admission into the pre and post parties where there will be live rockin’ music, DJ, grilled food, and lots of beer!
Full Course: - Full Distance of 5-8 miles, 30+ obstacles, and plenty of mud. Ages 16+.
5k Distance: (3.2 miles), 20+ obstacles, and still plenty of mud. Ages 16+, Perfect for those wanting all the glory, but not as much running.
GAC Junior: 5k Distance (3.2 miles), 20+ obstacles, and still plenty of mud. This option is unique in that Parents run with their children (Ages 10-16) to complete the course. A great way to build family relationships and teach life-long lessons!
During the event there will be water stations setup approximately every 1.5 miles along the course (can be longer depending on course).
Water and fruit will be available after you cross the finish line.
Plan ahead and bring a hydration system and/or energy supplements (bars/gels) if you think you will need them.
All spectators are welcome! Spectator tickets will be available at the race site or online for $5.00 per spectator. Children 12 and under are free.
This gives you access to the Arena, Arena Challenges, Music Venues, and all areas of the course so you can watch your friends & family conquer the GAC!
Bring your camera - the photos will be amazing!
Parking is FREE! Busses welcome.
Mud, sweat and beer! Don't even think about leaving after your run. After conquering the GAC, stay and join us for the ""Gladiator Party Central"" featuring great beer, music, grilled food, loose chatter, and mud covered bodies!
An uncovered Bag Area will be available at each race site to store your bag. It is a self-service area so do not store any valuables in your bags! Gladiator Assault Challenge, it's affiliates, host sites, employees, and volunteers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
GAC will have cold showers, bathrooms, and changing tents available to rinse off and change at each event. They will be located near the finish chute. There's a good chance you will be very dirty!
GAC does time their events. Timing Chips are NOT used. Timing is done by taking your finish time and subtracting your start/heat time to get a course time. If you change heats, make sure the timers know or your time will be off! Results are posted at the event and online shortly after finishing.
