Course Description:
Adult race course will be just under a 5K. This is a fun run, there is a lot of mud and roughly 12 obstacles to overcome along the way.
The Youth and Family races will be roughly a 3K with tons of mud and roughly 6 obstacles.
Aid Stations:
Water station will be held half way point of the race. Paramedics will be on Standby.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and will be designated to the finishing area.
Parking:
Parking will be held Sioux Falls Lincoln High School. Shuttle buses will take participants to the starting line.
Other:
You play an essential role in improving our community just by participating in this event!
All event proceeds benefit YMCA programs in our area. (Programs that are for Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility)
As a not-for-profit community service organization, the YMCA will utilize these funds toward scholarships for those in need, plus youth and family programs.
