Course Description:
Located in the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks, the course features extreme hills, underbrush and lots of trees, a stream bed and ponds. And that’s before you factor in the ultra-challenging obstacles you’ll have to navigate to complete this 5K race. You may even see a wild boar!
Aid Stations:
Tents available for changing out of your race duds.
Awards:
Special awards will given to the largest team and the best-dressed team.
Spectators:
Invite your friends, family and co-workers to come race with you or watch you run. We will have lots of great spectator viewing and it’s free to come watch and check out all the fun! Spectator maps will be available.
Parking:
Preferred parking is $10 per car for the day. Regular parking is $5. Limited preferred parking is close to Marchant Arena where the race will begin and end.
Regular parking is down a hill from the arena – a bit of a walk to save $5. Parking passes may be purchased at time of registration, during packet pickup, or the day of the race.
Post Party:
We’re gonna’ party ’til the pigs come home! Our DJ will be playing all your favorites and keeping your pig’s feet doing a jig (that’s what pigs call “dancing”). Or you can just sit around and pig-out on some great food and drink some soft drinks or beer.
Team:
Challenge your friends to join you in the Pig Trail Mud Run! Have your friends join you on your team. When you register, you can join a team, set up a team, and manage your team. You can, of course, register as an individual but it will be a lot more fun with your piggy friends. You can also share on social networking sites, even before you register.
