Course Description:
The distance will be no less than 16km for the adults
. 1 mile for the Juniors, 5km for Youth.
It will bring together some of the best Athletes in OCR competing in age group categories and our main prize money wave, ""Wave 1""
There is also the Journeyman Wave, which is exclusively reserved for the most passionate Obstacle Course Racers. There are no finishing results requirement (i.e. third in your age group) to compete in this wave. Instead, athletes are required to complete ANY four obstacle course races in the UK or Ireland between November 2015 and October 2016.
