Course Description:
5K Mud Run with 12 Military Style Obstacles over hilly terrain along the Hudson River: 60 degree slant wall, 90 degree wall, the Gauntlet, crawl under barbed wire through mud obstacle, Balance Beam, Rope climb, rope/tire climb, pumpkin carry 100 feet, crawl through 3' corrugated pipe through mud, cargo climb over 12 ' tiered wall, jump over blazing fire to finish.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics will be available
Prizes:
1st Place - $250, 2nd Place - $150, 3rd Place - $100 dinner for 4 at fine local restaurant. 1st place most muddy finisher -$100. Best Costume SuperHeroes Race - $100 for dinner for 4 local restaurant. Medals for first 3 places.
