The Rockman Challenge is a sprint triathlon with a twist. Paddle (4 miles) on the Rock River, bike (15 miles) in Jefferson County, then run (3 miles) through the woods is the triathlon. A military style obstacle course with “drill sergeants” at the end provides the twist.
