Rhode Island Fitness is home to New England’s exclusive circuit obstacle course training facility. We have set up an ideal obstacle course training program designed to help you conquer your first race or in the case of elite athletes to compete at a higher level. For those that don’t care about competing in races then just come in and have fun with a different workout.

Our facility includes obstacles like 8 foot climbing walls, bouldering wall, cargo net, hurdles, monkey bars, ropes, plyo boxes, peg boards, tunnels and strength training machines. We also have a full variety of boxing and kickboxing equipment, heavy bags, double end bag, speed bag, free weights, stability balls, bosu balls, medicine balls and cardio equipment – treadmills and ellipticals.

There has been such a increase of so many 5k’s and adventure races, mud runs, obstacle course races, rugged maniac, mudderella, warrior dash, tough mudder and so many more that it is important to be properly prepared in order to perform at your best but also to be injury free while having alot of FUN!

The Best way to train for an obstacle course race is to actually train in an obstacle course. We will help you learn and build up strength!

Our one of a kind circuit program offers you choices to try an obstacle while also working on strength training on our machines. You can do the circuit and choose to do a machine or the obstacle. We will help you modify any exercise or obstacle and help motivate you at your FItness Level.
