RISE Fitness + Adventure

We believe that all people have the ability to be truly fit, given sufficient time, determination, peer support and proper dedication. We believe in functional fitness – training hard with complex movements, unique tasks, physical obstacles and activities that take you outside of your comfort zone, and keep you there until you realize you’re capable of far more than you thought.

We are vastly different than any other fitness facility in the region. We’ve taken key elements of bootcamp training, functional fitness, olympic lifting, obstacle course racing and endurance challenges to bring a unique hybrid approach to physical fitness.

There are no shortcuts. There is no magic pill. You will sweat, you will curse, you will struggle, you will tackle challenges, and you will face your demons – coming out stronger, faster, and healthier.

Our 5000 square foot functional fitness room is a fitness playground, packed with equipment that makes exercise fun and challenging again.
