"An all-ages playground." This was the description that Dr. Noah Kaufman gave when asked about the upcoming Wolfpack Ninja Competition. The event, takes place on April 29 and 30 at Magness Arena in Denver.
For The "Ninja Weatherman" Joe Moravsky, the end of season 6 of American Ninja Warrior was a wake-up call. "I have never fallen on stage 2 until then," he said. "But it was a blessing; I refocused, it reminded me not to expect success to be easy." Moravsky has witnessed the evolution of the obstacles and training for ANW since his debut during season 5.
Jared Bandy (AKA #NeverSettleNinja) from season 8 of American Ninja Warrior has set out to bring not only the Ninja Warrior but the OCR lifestyle to his small Texas community through the launch of the Weekend Warrior Campaign.

The season finale of American Grit is here. The Fox series reaches its end today after a hard-fought battle among competitors. In the American Grit Finale, participants are pushed to their limits physically and mentally. The episode starts at camp, and Tony finds out that Jim joins him as the sole member of his own team. Everyone reflects on the fact that they are on their way into their last evolutions.
On American Grit Episode 8 the teams were faced with an evolution that was essentially a really complicated version of capture the flag. One teammate selected by the Cadre has 30 minutes to fortify their bunker using only basic materials. After 30 minutes another teammate will try and breach an opposing teams bunker and capture the flag.
American Grit Episode 7 starts off at the compound. Tony reflects on being the only one left on Team Tee. Cam and Haze talk about Cam's professional wrestling. There is a delivery at the door. Four compasses. The competitors realize that the need to learn how to use them quickly some have the experience, some don't. Teams have a feeling they are in for a surprise, and they are when Cena comes storms in at 3:30 AM.

Last night the fifth episode of American Grit aired on Fox. The show took no time in getting to the Evolution. In this Evolution, the teams were tested on their survival skills. Teams had to build shelter, make fire, and purify water. The teams had an additional choice in this evolution a short or long route. The short route made the tasks harder and the longer route made the tasks easier. Also, each person will only be allowed to do a certain task.
