This spring a new "movement" started on social media from an unlikely source. Have you seen those Super Nice Club hats recently popping up on your social media feed? The creator of this movement is none other than Tod Brilliant. In the OCR world, Tod Brilliant is often known for his cheeky trolling in Facebook groups such as Obstacle Racers Worldwide. For almost two years he has grown a reputation as a top troll in the OCR world so when he launched the Super Nice Club this spring it seemed another ruse from a known instigator.

When Allan Ajoy was let go from BattleFrog Series over a month ago the OCR community responded with shock and sadness as he was a much-loved member of the BattleFrog Series team. This morning Obstacle Course Racing made a muddy splash on the popular cable morning show Fox & Friends as Civilian Military Combine graced the airwaves. The revamped organization showcased some of the obstacles and "The Pit" area during several segments this morning in New York City.

Two days ago, in the West Coast Spartans Facebook group, Michael Lopez-Paras shared a photo of a broken window on his car with a note saying his five years of Spartan Race medals had been stolen along with a few other items from the backseat of his car. Spartan Race responded.
Civilian Military Combine the first of the hybrid events in obstacle course racing announced today the second venue for revamped 2016 race schedule. The second event as part of the company relaunch will be held at the Pepsi Amphitheater at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, Arizona on October 1st. Civilian Military Combine combines both functional fitness as well as obstacle racing to create a truly unique two-part event to challenge athletes on multiple levels.
