OCR World Championships returns to Blue Mountain, Ontario for a second year. This year over sixty-seven nations will be represented over the three days of racing. Race Recap: Seattle Beast and Sprint Weekend

Forget the shoe-swallowing mud of Spartan Race Seattle’s past. This Seattle Beast and Sprint events were held once again on the beautiful terrain of Snohomish, Washington, under beautiful skies, a slight smell of smoke in the air and completely dry terrain. Post-Race Cleanup With No Hotel

If you have ever run a race, you are familiar with this problem. “If I run in the 8 am wave and it takes me two hours to finish, that gives me 30 minutes to get changed, 30 minutes for socializing and 45 minutes to get back to my hotel. Then I have 10 minutes to shower and 5 minutes to check out.”
