OCR’S MOST COLORFUL CHARACTERS: Robert Tretsch

Are you sitting down? You might want to. Trust me on this one. When I reached out to this week’s victim, I was already a bit of a fan. Race Recap – Tough Mudder, LA

This weekend marked the return of Tough Mudder to Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, and the debut of the Tough Mudder Half on Sunday. Race Recap – Quarry Crusher Run

The Quarry Crusher Run is in its 5th year? Why haven’t I run this before? The Quarry Crusher Run Series is held in 4 states (SC, GA, AL, MD). The out and back course averaged a 10% grade over about 3.7 miles.

Last Week in OCR: Tough Mudder Kicks off 2016 Season

If we needed any proof that the OCR season is underway, the last couple of weeks has surely proven it. Internationally, some of our favorite races peppered the globe, with London South England Dirty Dozen, Sydney Australia Raw Challenge, Madrid Spain Farinato Race, and Munich Germany Spartan Sprint.
