OCR World Championships to Add New Race Format for 2019 OCRWC

Next Monday, December 3 2018, Adventurey is set to announce a new, innovative race format for the 2019 OCR World Championships which will be held 45 minutes north of London on October 11 through 13, 2019. Spartan Expands Trail Series for 2019 After Successful Test Races

After Spartan dipped their toes into the trail running world in 2018, they are all in for 2019. Currently, Spartan has twelve trail races scheduled around the country with two legends helping lead the charge. Legendary runners Charlie Engle and Luis Excobar will be leading the change and helping bridge the trailrunning and Spartan culture. Their experience will help to create a new type of trail race.

Twice a year F.I.T. Challenge hosts a small race in Rhode Island. November 17th at Diamond Hill State Park  I had the pleasure of attending my 1st F.I.T. Challenge race. They can be seen at every event. Usually clad in brightly colored clothing and mud with a huge smile on their face. No, not racers. I am talking about the amazing volunteers that donate their time at each race to help make everyone’s experience a little bit better.
