Race Start Time:
Heats of up to 250 people will leave at the following times 10AM, 10:30AM, 11AM, 11:30AM, 12PM, 12:30PM, 1PM Enter the 10am “Elite” heat if you want to be as competitive as possible and race against the best.

Distance & Course Length:
It's a 5km race, fastest time should be around 30 minutes. Longest times will be over 1 hour. We use Timing Chips for accuracy.

Course Description:
Will be at least 10 obstacles. Start and finish is on the playing field. Course is subject to change.
Aid Stations:
One First Aid stations at the end of the race with water, bandages and the Ambulance service on speed dial if needs be! Carry extra hydration and fuel if you think you might bonk or pass out from dehydration.
Post Party:
Post Race Party – music, food to purchase, and beer*!
*Beer where applicable and following all drinking age laws.
