Three take aways the SoCal Spartan

This past weekend, I raced the SoCal Spartan in Chino, California. Prado Regional Park was a beautiful venue, the weather was great, and everyone was so excited to kick off the U.S. 2018 racing season for the Spartan Series.

Race Recap: Spartan Race SoCal Super & Sprint 2018

The course had moderate uphills & downhills with nothing big to be afraid of. The final mile was filled with Spartan Race's signature (some may say torturous) obstacles along with muddy hills and cold water.

Badass Women of OCR – Michelle Ford

Michelle Ford is a true inspiration to us all. I watched in November as she came in third place at World's Toughest Mudder. The entire time that I saw her on the live footage she was smiling, happy and looked like she was having a great time. It was her positive and genuine spirit that made me want to feature her in this article series - not to mention the fact that she is a genuine badass.
