The XX RACE is an indoor obstacle course race at the iMETTLE gym in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Despite Massive Fires Spartan Race Produces a Stellar Sprint outside Los Angeles

I must confess, I was extremely nervous that the December 9th, Los Angeles Spartan Sprint at Castaic Lake was going to be canceled. If you haven't seen the headlines from Southern California, wildfires have destroyed hundreds of miles of land and property. We are at the cutting edge of a complete fitness shake-up, and to be completely honest, I love it!

Badass Women of OCR – Emily Celuch

I wanted to feature Emily Celuch in my article series in a huge way after reading her story.  In my eyes, Emily has many “beyond” bad ass traits. Although she faces struggles with PCOS, PTSD from being a domestic abuse survivor, and being a single mom, she manages to get onto an OCR course and use the mud and challenges to help heal. Her story is a powerful one of how she’s overcome many difficult obstacles in her life, and how it’s making her into a Badass Woman of OCR.
