Episode Recap – Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge Season 2 Episode 2

Our hosts wondered aloud if there were demons in this race. Perhaps not. But there were quite a few near-death experiences to help drive a few competitors to some very strong showing. Brian Boyle’s Journey to a Spartan Race Trifecta

Every athlete has a moment in their life that has inspired them to set their mind on achieving a goal within their sport of interest. They train for many hours, for many weeks, months, and even years. They train their minds and bodies on accomplishing that goal, and when that moment comes in competition when they don’t think they can go that extra step or mile, that is when they reflect back on that moment that inspired them to pursue this journey in the first place. This is where the real test begins.

OCR 101: How to Get the Stink out of Obstacle Racing Clothing

Cleaning up after a mud run or obstacle race can often be a task. The race is over, and the stack of muddy, wet, dirty and sometimes smelly clothing is sitting on the floor next to a pair of mud-caked shoes and socks. Figuring out how to clean race day clothing can be as mysterious sometimes as figuring out where the funky smell of the mud came from, not to mention how to wash it all without ruining the washer and dryer or bathtub.
