Addressing the Stigma of Injury

The 2018 OCR season has been a real eye-opener for me. I’ve already dealt with a medial DNF, earned a nice broken foot and, as I type this, sit here with all kinds of patterns of kinesiology tape on my back, applied by a chiropractor at a licensed PT facility. As I age, I find I’m more susceptible to injury, and those recovery times seem to lengthen after every birthday.

USAOCR Moves 2018 US Championship Event

Earlier this week the USAOCR closed options for participants to be able to register for their December 1 championship event in San Diego. we reached out to the board to ask for clarity and Mud Run Guide was told they would be making an announcement soon. This afternoon rumors began to arise that the event had been canceled. Mud Run Guide reached out to find out more and confirm the cancelation of the event
